Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team following identity verification.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from Prohibited Conduct or Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be forfeited.
